At Sanddunes Dairy Delights LLP, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or refunds are requested. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.


Refunds and Returns


Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or refund requests unless the product meets the following conditions:


The product is damaged, or you received the wrong item.

The product has expired by the time of delivery.


To initiate a return, please raise a request within 24 hours of the product's delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.


For a return request, email us at contact@sanddunesdairy.com with your order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, two clear images of the damaged product, and a video of opening the box. The request is subject to satisfactory verification and inspection.


You will be entitled to a product return/exchange if it is proved, subject to verification and inspection, that the damage to the outer box of the product is due to reasons solely attributable to us. Our decision regarding the return of the product will be final and binding.


We will arrange for the pickup of the products within 3-5 business days, provided the delivery charges for such return/exchange will be borne and paid by you. 

The return and replacement process will only commence if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.



The return/exchange will not be accepted by Sanddunes Dairy Delights LLP under the following scenarios:


  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Serial number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • Request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery.
  • Free product provided by the brand is missing.


Cancellation


Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by you.


Terms and Conditions


  • In the event of non-delivery of products for any order accepted by Sanddunes Dairy Delights LLP due to reasons attributable to you (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred for re-delivery or cancellation shall be borne by you.

  • You agree and undertake to use the products provided by Sanddunes Dairy Delights LLP for lawful purposes only and to provide authentic and true information wherever required.

  • Accessing the services available on our website and transacting is at your sole risk, and you are advised to use your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this website.

  • By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
