• We aim to deliver high-quality dairy delights using good packaging within a reasonable timeframe.
• We ship orders throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• We use reputed courier services whenever possible.
• In areas not serviced by couriers, we will ship via government-registered book post, speed post, or other available methods.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

• Subject to product availability, orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery takes an estimated 7-14 business days, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
• We will deliver to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure its accuracy.

Signing for Receipt

• You are responsible for checking the condition of the products upon receipt.

Damaged Products

• If you receive a product in poor condition, with tampered or damaged packaging, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

Delivery Address

• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information will be your responsibility.
• Sanddunes Dairy Delights LLP will not be held liable for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are charged separately and will be added to your invoice.
